One to Watch | Georgia May Jagger

"Her papa is a Rolling Stone, but his rock child turned model is the new face of fashion" - Vogue
There is no denying that there is something peculiarly captivating about Georgia Jagger's seductive look. The 18 year old muse has occupied the eyes of non other than Carl Lagerfeld and can be seen as the new face of Chanel. Georgia also closed the runway show for Chanel's resort collection, landed a three year contract with Hudson Jeans, shot a campaign for Rimmel London cosmetics and has been named Model of the year by British Fashion Council. She has the look of a modern day Bridget Bardot and my love for old french films screams Contempt remake, staring Georgia Jagger!

The Magnificent Tommy Ton

One of my favorite photo bloggers, Tommy Ton from Jak and Jil Blog joined Anna Dello Russo per her request at her suite in the Ritz Paris as she got ready for the Masquerade ball celebrating Vogue Paris' 90th Anniversary. The photos are beyond specular...I mean, really?

Lanvin for H&M

Hands down one of the most exciting collaboration that H&M has ever done will hit stores November 23rd. Alber Elbaz, Lanvin's artistic director confirmed the exciting news and has said in the past that he "would never do a mass market collection but what intrigued me was the idea of H&M going luxury rather than Lanvin going public....where two companies at opposite poles can work together because we share the same philosophy of bringing joy and beauty to men and women around the world." I have to say that is a philosophy that I am very grateful for!
The images from the campaign reveal floral frocks, one shoulder hammered silk dresses, blazers, leopard shoes and of course, the shopping bag :) The collection also includes jewelry, hats and the signature Lanvin sunnies. If you look closely though, you will notice that the H&M looks are very similar to Lanvin's runway looks from the 2009 pre-fall and spring 2009 collection. What do you think? Will I see you in line at H&M on the 23rd?
